This policy explains how Play Happy handles information on playhappyy.com and in the games and apps we publish. It covers contact requests, website usage, gameplay and support data, and information handled by third-party services used in a specific title.

This policy applies to the public website at playhappyy.com and to Play Happy games or apps unless a specific title provides its own privacy notice. Platform-level disclosures in Google Play, App Store Connect, and any in-game privacy screens are part of the overall notice for that product.

2. Information We Collect

  • Contact details you submit, such as your name, email address, studio name, and message content.
  • Account or player details, such as nickname, user ID, platform ID, or cloud-save identifiers if a title supports accounts.
  • Device and usage data, such as IP address, device model, operating system, gameplay events, crash logs, and session length.
  • Purchase and support data, such as store receipt metadata, transaction status, and support correspondence.
  • Website cookies and similar technologies, plus advertising identifiers or attribution data if a specific app uses ads or analytics SDKs.

3. How We Use Information

  • Respond to publishing, partnership, and support inquiries.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the website and games.
  • Save progress, manage authentication, and provide customer support where an app includes those features.
  • Measure performance, fix bugs, prevent fraud, and protect account or device security.

5. Payments and Purchases

If a game offers in-app purchases, subscriptions, or other paid content, the relevant store or payment provider processes the transaction. We generally do not store full payment card details ourselves.

Purchase metadata, receipts, and entitlement records may be retained so we can verify ownership, restore purchases, and support refund or fraud review requests where needed.

6. Sharing, Retention, Transfers, and Security

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with service providers, with other companies in connection with a merger or asset transfer, or if we are required to do so by law or to protect users, the service, or our legal rights.
